Job summary

South Roanoke Nursing Home in Virginia is seeking a registered nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a long-term care setting.

As an RN, you will advocate for residents, lead clinical care decisions, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines, with shifts including days and nights.

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
