Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Registered Nurse to provide occupational health care at a medical clinic focused on employee wellness. You will perform independent nursing evaluations, triage workplace injuries, conduct exams, and develop health and safety plans.

Responsibilities include surveillance testing (audiometry, vision, drug testing, blood collection) and promoting health and safety through group strategies while understanding site-specific hazards.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Washington state and in good standing.
• At least two years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or in progress.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• COHN/COHN-S is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Triage workplace injuries and illnesses; perform nursing evaluations.
• Conduct physical examinations and develop health and safety assessments.
• Create abatement plans and monitor health and safety compliance.
• Perform occupational health testing: audiometry, vision screening, drug testing, blood collection.

Responsibilities include triaging workplace injuries/illnesses, conducting physical examinations, and developing health and safety assessments and abatement plans. You will also perform occupational health surveillance testing such as audiometry, vision screening, drug testing, and blood collection. The nurse will promote employee health and safety through individual and group strategies while being familiar with site-specific hazards and processes.

Qualifications Include

• Current Washington state RN license
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Basic life support (BLS) and ACLS certifications
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN/COHN-S) certification is desirable but not required
