Apploi is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the night shift at our 75-bed long-term care facility in Punxsutawney, PA. This role focuses on direct resident care, team leadership, and ensuring safety and quality to residents.

Requirements include an active PA RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication. Some supervisory experience is preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $3.00 night shift differential are offered for full-time nurses.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Pennsylvania RN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in supervising a nursing team is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless resident care.
• Provide direct resident care, including assessment, treatment and medications.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Complete accurate charting and documentation in progress notes.
• Inform the appropriate personnel of changes and coordinate follow-up care.
• Work with nursing administration and staff.
• Provide leadership and support to the night shift nursing team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be fully licensed as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania

• Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work

• Current CPR certification

• Excellent communication skills

• Some supervisory experience preferred, but not required

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES
