Squirrel Hill Wellness and Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to residents in long-term and rehabilitative settings. You will lead nursing activities under the Nurse Practice Act, assess residents, implement care plans, and supervise other nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care under the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and sound nursing judgment.
• Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.
• Assesses residents, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the resident's care.
• Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates the resident response.
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.

Shifts Available:

• Supervisor shifts available
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts: 5 days per week with rotating weekends

What is your role?

• Lead the way using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and sound nursing judgment
• Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
• Assesses residents, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the resident's care
