Ensign Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ottawa, Kansas. The role involves monitoring patients, assessing needs, coordinating with physicians, performing routine procedures, and administering medications under orders.
Requirements include an active RN license; new grads welcome. We offer competitive pay of $35-$42 per hour, weekends schedule 6am-6pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
RN License is required. Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!
