Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Orlando is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time home health role in Florida. You will deliver compassionate care, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for patients while managing and adjusting care plans to support patient independence.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida RN license, have at least 1 year of acute care or Med-Surg experience, and possess a valid Florida driver’s license with clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with active vehicle insurance and clean MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus.
