Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Davenport, FL is seeking a dedicated RN to join our PRN/Home Health team. You will deliver high-quality care, collaborate with doctors and interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for patients to optimize care plans.

Active Florida RN license is required, with at least 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus. Flexible scheduling and a supportive, team-driven environment help you make a real difference daily.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Florida RN license.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with active vehicle insurance and clear MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience a plus.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
