Job summary

Haven of Ridgeview in Illinois is seeking an RN to join our caring, team‑oriented facility. You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and ensure smooth admissions, transfers, and discharges while upholding safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois is required.
• Experience in geriatric or long‑term care is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs to provide high-quality resident care
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Complete accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Conduct daily rounds and promptly respond to resident needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment
