Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an RN Case Manager for Home Health/Hospice to provide, manage and coordinate care for an assigned caseload of patients.

Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, an active Arkansas RN license, and a valid Arkansas driver's license. Preferred: at least 1 year of nursing experience, with Home Health/Hospice experience preferred.
