Pleasant View Nursing Home is hiring full and part-time RN Staff Nurses for all shifts. 12-hour shifts are possible. The role requires energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

RNs must hold a Wisconsin nursing license and be prepared to provide high-quality, resident-centered care including medication administration, wound care, and care planning for residents, including those with dementia. Competitive benefits are offered by Green County.

Description/Summary

Pleasant View is currently hiring full and part time RNS for all shifts! This can be 12 hour shifts.

Employees in this position must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, be full of energy and have a positive attitude.

RN Staff Nurse pay is $31.88 to $36.08 plus and additional $2.00 shift differential for working pms or nights and additional $8.00 when working the weekends.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Ability to provide competent, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must possess excellent assessment skills, along with ability to plan and implement appropriate individualized care plans, administer medications, treatments, and wound care. Professional communication is required to work with families, physicians and members of the healthcare team. MUST have strong experience and passion for working with Dementia patients. Strong leadership skills and abilities a plus.

Must have a valid Wisconsin Nursing license.
