A leading plastic surgery practice in Millburn is looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional perioperative care. Qualifications

• Experience in plastic surgery, med/surg, OR, PACU, or outpatient surgical settings preferred.
• RNFA certification is a strong bonus (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Preoperative and postoperative care of plastic surgery patients.
• Drain management and removal.
• Patient education, wound care, and postoperative follow-up.
• Clinical assessments and monitoring during recovery.
• Coordination with surgeons and clinical team to ensure seamless care.

Parcells Plastic Surgery is a physician-led, women-focused plastic surgery practice offering high-touch surgical and non-surgical care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. We are seeking a skilled, motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Millburn.

Key Responsibilities

• Preoperative and postoperative care of plastic surgery patients
• Drain management and removal
• Patient education, wound care, and postoperative follow-up
• Clinical assessments and monitoring during recovery
• Coordination with surgeons and clinical team to ensure seamless care
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
• Supporting an efficient, organized, and compassionate clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in plastic surgery, med/surg, OR, PACU, or outpatient surgical settings preferred
