Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role in Ohio with day and night shifts available. Our client is a mission-driven healthcare system serving its community for over 180 years, with 600+ physicians, 1,700+ nurses and 8,000 employees across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care, telemetry monitoring, IV medications, neurological assessments, patient education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
