Hope Clinic & Care is a faith-based, non‑profit healthcare provider located in Menasha, WI, dedicated to offering free healthcare services to underserved and uninsured members of the community. Our comprehensive offerings include basic medical care, mental health counseling.

Are you a compassionate RN who is passionate about serving others and making a meaningful impact in your community? Hope Clinic is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Christ‑centered team providing quality care to uninsured and underserved patients.

Role Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide compassionate, patient‑centered care, including conducting assessments, administering treatments, and educating patients about their health conditions. The RN will collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, assisting with specialty services, and participating in community outreach efforts.

The position is up to 32 hours per week. Hours would coincide with days the clinic is open. Currently the clinic is open Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

This is an on‑site position, based in Menasha, WI.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, treatment administration, and care plan development
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
• Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities to work alongside other healthcare providers and specialists
• Advanced organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
• Experience or interest in working with underserved populations and addressing health disparities is strongly valued

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable but not required.

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, triage, rooming, and patient education
• Assist providers with acute and chronic condition management
• Perform lab collection, wound care, and medication education
• Coordinate follow‑up care and connect patients with community resources
• Support clinical volunteers and help maintain efficient clinic operations
• Participate in daily devotionals and contribute to our faith‑based mission of compassionate care

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, primary care or urgent care experience, excellent communication abilities, proficiency with electronic health records, and a heart for serving others through a Christ‑like approach.
