Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH or compact license is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient care while respecting patient rights and avoiding restraints.
• Assess, plan, and implement age-appropriate care for residents.

As an RN, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs, ensuring their comfort, and enhancing their quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer patient care while ensuring patient rights are respected and freedom from restraint or seclusion is honored.
• Assess, plan, and implement personalized, age-specific care tailored to the population served.
• Administer medications and treatments adhering to the 6 Rights of Medication Administration.
• Confirm patient identity by checking two identifiers established by the healthcare facility.
• Continuously evaluate and address the immediate and long-term needs of patients.
• Prioritize nursing care to meet the most urgent and critical needs efficiently.
• Develop detailed nursing assessments and comprehensive care plans.
• Observe, evaluate, and accurately document patient responses to illness and treatment.

Requirements
