MeCare Staffing seeks compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care in Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities and Assisted Living settings in NH. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs, ensuring their comfort, and enhancing their quality of life.
Administer patient care while respecting their rights, privacy, and cultural beliefs.
Assess, plan, and implement age-specific care for patients.
Safely administer medications and treatments under proper protocols.
Confirm patient identity using two identifiers to ensure accurate care.
Monitor patient needs, document progress, and report any changes.
Assist with personal care, medical procedures, and respond to emergencies.
Educate patients and families about treatments and continuing care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve patient care goals.
Adhere to universal precautions and safety measures at all times.
Accept accountability for nursing interventions and care plans.
Adhere to universal precautions and infection control protocols.
Observe and document patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed.
Prepare patients for continuing care and guide them for post-treatment needs.
Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to patient care at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring they align with licensure and competency.
Active LPN license in the state of NH or compact license.
At least 6 months of experience as an LPN.
A strong commitment to providing quality care and a passion for elder care.
Previous experience in LTC/Assisted living facilities is a plus.
