Hy-Vee in Madison, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support pharmacists with vaccine administration, prescription preparation, and patient care in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.
As a licensed RN, you will apply nursing expertise to deliver safe, high-quality service, assist with offsite vaccination events, manage patient information, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure excellent patient experience.

No two shifts are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:
Accountable and Reports to: Store Director; Store Manager; Assistant Managers of Health Wellness Home, Store Operations, and Perishables; Pharmacy Department Manager; Staff Pharmacists
This is a fast-paced role in a retail pharmacy where you will handle multiple tasks throughout your shift including vaccine administration, prescription support, and customer service. There is occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals or solvents during compounding, including chemotherapy drugs. When working offsite for vaccination events, you may be exposed to equipment movement hazards, temperature extremes, vibrations, and dampness. Safety is always a priority, and training is provided to help ensure a safe and supportive work environment.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen.
