Job summary

Bradford Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across medical, surgical, and pediatric units in our Estate facility. You will assess health problems, develop nursing care plans, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The position requires an RN license, an accredited nursing program, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (associate or bachelor's degree in nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one-year clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical/surgical nursing principles and patient care standards.
• BSN preferred; Advanced certifications such as CMSRN or Pediatric Nursing Certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor cardiac patients and respond promptly to any abnormalities.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences while coordinating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver nursing care in medical, surgical, and pediatric units, adapting to the specific needs of each patient population.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Estate facility, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. Minimum Qualifications
