Position Summary: As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you''ll do more than care for patients—you''ll lead, teach, and advocate. Working closely with healthcare and correctional staff, you''ll assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish. You''ll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit. Whether you''re managing medications, mentoring staff, or responding to a crisis, your skills will make a real impact every day. You''ll do more than just deliver care. You''ll restore dignity, build trust, and change lives.

What You'll Need

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice and 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
