Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, individualized patient care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

The position features 12-hour night shifts (36 hours weekly), collaboration with physicians, patient education, and a full scope of practice. Eligible for weekly pay and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel nursing.
• Ability to work independently in underserved communities with professionalism and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Maintain compliance with state licensure, certifications, and department competencies.
