Qualifications

• Proven experience as a registered nurse.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures and willingness to follow them at all times.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent; valid nursing license.
• Ability to educate patients and families about prevention and healthy habits.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide the best possible care.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures and fill inpatient charts.
• Adjust and administer patient medications and provide treatments as ordered.
• Inspect facilities and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
• Assist surgeons during operations.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and families.

Job Description

We’re looking for a RegisteredNurse to care for our patients with compassion and one who can facilitate their speedy recovery.The candidate will be responsible for educating them and theirfamilies on prevention methods and healthy habits. Ideally, thecandidate should be a responsible, gentle and well-trained professionalwho can provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervisionwhilst following health and safety guidelines faithfully andconsistently. The goal is to promote the patient's well-being byproviding high quality nursing care.

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess theirneeds to provide the best possible care.

• Inspect the facilities and act to maintainexcellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment,sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).
• Provide instant medical care inemergencies.
• Assist surgeons during operations.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursingassistants.
• Foster a supportive and compassionateenvironment to care for patients and their families.
• Expandtheir knowledge and capabilities by attending educationalworkshops, conferences etc.

Requirements

• Provenexperience as a registered nurse.
• Excellentknowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Excellentknowledge of emergency care.
• In-depthknowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures(sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to followthem at all times.
• A team playerwith excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• B.Sc or otherdiploma from a nursing program.
• A valid nursinglicense.
