Job summary

Lake Wales Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a compassionate RN to join our care team. You will manage nursing care for residents, supervise nurse aides, and coordinate with physicians on changes to care plans.

Requirements: current unrestricted Florida RN license and CPR/BLS certification. We offer PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, life insurance with 401(k) company match, and a supportive team. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
