Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is hiring a Full-Time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) in Colorado. Shifts are 10 hours Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat; we offer competitive pay and robust benefits.

The role requires 1–3 years as Unit Manager/Charge Nurse and a CO license. Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting is preferred, with opportunities for ongoing training and growth.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in CO.
• 1–3 years of Unit Manager/Charge Nurse experience.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing functions in the facility according to duties.
• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve care goals.
