Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (AA/BSN) and current license to practice nursing in Washington State.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation certifications provided during Fairfax new hire training.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervise assigned team members.
• Work in a standalone psychiatric hospital with six units serving adults and adolescents.

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus full time, nights! $10,000 Sign-On Bonus full time, days and evenings!
