Job summary

Fairfax Behavioral Health in Monroe, WA is seeking a Detox Registered Nurse for a Full Time (0.8 FTE) position. Up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus is available.

The RN will promote and restore health by nursing processes, collaborating with physicians and the care team, and supporting patients and families. Ideal candidates have a WA license and BSN/AA, with preferred experience in psychiatric inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (AA/BSN) and WA nursing license.
• Preferred one year of psychiatric inpatient nursing experience.
• CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care and Verbal De-Escalation certifications provided during Fairfax new hire training.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients and families.
• Supervise assigned team members.

Qualifications

Education:

Experience:
