Job summary

Promise Care NJ LLC in Hudson County, NJ is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for full-time roles to deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in patients' homes. You will join a multidisciplinary team helping patients stay at home with high-quality care.

Requires an active NJ RN license, graduation from an accredited RN program, and solid documentation skills. Prior home health experience is preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.

Current NJ Registered Nurselicense

Graduation from accredited Registered Nurse program

Prior Home care experience strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to case manage caseload and have excellent time management and documentation skills

Proficiency in electronic documentation required

Bilingual preferred but not necessary
