Job summary

Campbell Street Senior Living in the Midwest seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident health, implement care plans, and provide expert nursing care in a compassionate, collaborative setting.

The successful candidate will supervise CNAs and LPNs, train staff on facility protocols, and coordinate care with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other professionals to enhance resident well-being. BSN preferred; Iowa RN license required.

Qualifications

• Education ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active RN license in Iowa; CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff (CNAs and LPNs) to ensure care duties are carried out efficiently.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and preventive health measures.
