Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for an IMCU position in Houston. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and titrate IV therapies, and interpret cardiac/telemetry data to guide care decisions.

Collaboration with physicians and families is essential to develop and implement individualized care plans. Efficient EMR documentation and safe patient handling are required, along with strong teamwork and communication skills to support a high-acuity unit

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong critical care/telemetry assessment and medication/infusion management skills.
• Ability to interpret cardiac/telemetry data and make timely clinical decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with clinical providers and families.
• Detail-oriented EMR documentation and safe patient handling practices.
