Job summary

Misty Willow Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Houston, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position with day or night shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a). The RN will administer prescribed medications, document patient care, observe and assess patients, and notify physicians of significant changes within the scope of practice.

Texas RN license is required. SNF experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Texas.
• SNF experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Vietnamese) is preferred to communicate with residents but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to patients.
• Document the condition, care and treatment of patients.
• Observe and assess patients and report changes to physicians.
• Notify physicians of significant changes in patient condition.
