Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio to join a mission-driven healthcare system with 600+ physicians, 1,700+ nurses, and 8,000 employees caring for 300,000+ patients annually across 4 hospitals and 4 emergency departments. Provide direct adult patient care in acute and rehab settings, perform telemetry, administer IV meds, monitor patients, and educate families.

Flexible day/night shifts, Ohio RN license required, BLS within 90 days, and a generous benefits package

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
