Job summary

Ironside Human Resources in the United States is seeking a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse to join a Med/Surg team at a hospital near Great Falls, Montana. The role features 3x12 shifts with day or night options and the potential for incentives, including up to a $20,000 retention bonus and $7,000 relocation assistance.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), Montana RN license or Compact license, current BLS/ACLS, and at least one year of Med/Surg

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Montana RN license or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification (or must be willing to obtain upon hire)
• Minimum of one year of Med/Surg nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care by administering medications, monitoring conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts, and supporting recovery

Pay: $35- $52/hourly

The Registered Nurse Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  
• Schedule: 3x12s, day shift and night shift available
  
• Stackable shift differentials for nights and weekends (+$2.00/hour)
  
• Up to $20k retention bonus
