Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Western New Mexico - South Correctional Facility in Grants, NM. You will assess patient needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish.

You'll educate patients, mentor staff, and help maintain safety and standards across the unit while responding to crises and ensuring high‑quality care in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice with 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification is required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high‑pressure settings.

Position Summary

You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit.
