• Develop care plans with patients and families prioritizing needs and goals.
• Deliver patient care with evidence-based practices and hospital policies.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care based on outcomes and evidence.
• Drive improvement with Clinical Manager to support performance initiatives and better outcomes.
• Promote High Reliability principles to improve patient care and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor peers, delegating and guiding patient care.
• Document the nursing process, plan of care, education, updates, and responses in the EMR.
• Maintain compliance with policies and required trainings.
