Favorite Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a permanent, full-time Registered Nurse for a skilled nursing unit in Geneseo, IL. The position offers an hourly rate of $35.91–$40.21 with full benefits including retirement, health, dental, vision, sick time, holidays, and PTO.

Schedule is full time with evening and/or overnight shifts: 2:30pm–11:00pm and 10:45pm–7:15am. Responsibilities include monitoring residents, medication administration, vital signs, documentation, and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Hold a current unencumbered license in this state as a registered nurse
• Registered with Professional Board of Nurse Examiners in this state
• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
• Must satisfy the requirements of 20 CE hours according to Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and report residents' symptoms and changes in condition.
• Measure and accurately record vital signs.
• Administer medications and document reactions.
• Maintain accurate records of residents' conditions and care.
• Promote residents' overall well-being.
• Comply with applicable federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures.
