Job summary

Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates in Florida is seeking a skilled Full or Part-Time Adult Nurse Practitioner, focused on BHRT, functional medicine and metabolic wellness. You will perform comprehensive women’s health exams, develop personalized treatment plans, and prescrib e medications in line with DEA regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida APN license.
• Experience in women’s health.
• Experience in BHRT (preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and EMR documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive women’s health exams (pap smears, breast exams, pelvic exams, physicals).
• Manage menopause, PCOS, and other hormonal conditions with a functional, root-cause approach.
• Perform O-Shot procedures and other advanced women’s health treatments.
• Independently conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on BHRT and hormone balance.
• Prescribe medications (including controlled substances) in compliance with DEA and state regulations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic labs and tests.
• Educate patients on hormone therapy, wellness, and preventative strategies.
• Collaborate with our medical team as needed, while practicing autonomously.

Work Schedule: We’re open Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (our team starts at 7:45). No weekends, and while hours may expand slightly as we grow, this role currently follows a consistent full-time/part‑time weekday schedule.
