Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation to patients and families on cancer care and chemotherapy.

Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year

Qualifications

• 1. Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a focus on Oncology and Chemotherapy.
• 3. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
• 4. Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) is highly desirable.
• 5. Proven experience in patient education and advocacy.
• 6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• 7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• 8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• 9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 10. Compassionate and caring demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care and privacy.
• 11. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements and best practices in oncology and chemotherapy.
• 12. Ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the job.
• 13. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
