Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care in a long-term and post-acute setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and document in the EMR.

You will supervise CNAs, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate residents and families about care and treatments in a supportive, faith-based service environment with ongoing training.

Qualifications
