Job summary

A leading Continuing Care Retirement Community in Ephrata is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their skilled nursing team. The role requires providing high-quality, resident-centered care, monitoring patient health, and ensuring safety. Candidates must possess a current PA LPN license and CPR certification. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Make rounds, monitor resident health, and ensure resident safety.
• Document resident care and communicate updates to the team.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants, supporting their development.
• Assist with resident assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and end-of-life care.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, HIPAA, and the Corporate Compliance Plan.
• Participate in and support team meetings and continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Provide compassionate support to residents and their families, responding to needs with empathy and professionalism.

• Evening Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday
• Pay: $32.30–$34.90/hour
• Differentials: +$1.25/hour weekends, +$3.00/hour evening shift
