Job summary

Aspire Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our East Prairie team for full-time night shifts. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, administer medications, and support care planning in a warm, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities include vital signs monitoring, care coordination with families and the healthcare team, and contributing to quality improvement efforts. MO RN license required; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or senior living preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-focused care required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living East Prairie, a skilled nursing facility located in East Prairie, MO. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services
• Demonstrating a commitment to customer service and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
• Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC)/Senior living or related field preferred
