CareOne at Redstone in East Longmeadow, MA is hiring a Registered Nurse to oversee nursing processes and coordinate shift duties for residents, ensuring compliance with regulations and care plans.
Responsibilities include direct resident care, supervising LPNs/CNAs, documenting care, and communicating changes to physicians. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, active RN license, and 1 year of nursing experience. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the Shift coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care. Responsibilities include both the direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
