Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate, skilled RN to join our night shift team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

The RN will provide high-quality care, supervise LVNs and CNAs, administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, participate in care conferences and quality improvement activities, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering a resident-centered experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required and CPR/BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

Location: Dublin, OH

Position Type: Full-Time Day Shift (Rotating weekend shift)

Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RN

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated RN to join our team on the night shift. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members.
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Experience

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
