Position Details

Company Job Title: Registered Nurse / RN – Emergency Room

Schedule: 1st shift (7am -7pm) / 3rd shift (7pm – 7am)

Start Date: once candidate is identified and cleared

Setting: Critical Access Hospital

Compensation Notes: $25 hr -$35 hr. Pay dependent on experience

Shift: 12 hour shifts 3 days a week rotating schedule

Job Duties

Beds: 25 Beds

Patient ER visits Per Day: 6-12 ER visits per a day in total

• Position is primarily in MedSurg but will work ER as Needed
• Providing comprehensive care to patients ranging from acute trauma to, sometimes, medical-surgical inpatients. They triage, stabilize, and initiate care in a fast-paced setting while often operating with fewer resources and staffing than larger hospitals. These nurses handle critical interventions, manage medication drips, perform procedures like wound care, and prepare patients for transfer to larger facilities
