Job summary

City Scape Rehabilitation and Care Center in Denver, CO seeks an experienced RN to provide high-quality clinical care, support residents in recovery, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. This role reports to the Director of Nursing and offers a full-time day shift with competitive pay.

You will contribute to personalized, dignified care in a resident-centered environment, helping residents regain quality of life. Flexible hours and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide the care strategy.
• Collaborate with the resident and healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication.
• Monitor staff and ensure safety regulations and state requirements are followed.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Work Schedule

Full-Time Day Shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)

PRN Day and Night Shift

Pay Rate: $48.00 - $55.00 / Hour depending on experience

JOB SUMMARY

In this vital role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care, support residents in their recovery and daily wellness, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident receives personalized, dignified care. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Job Duties include but not limited to

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed

REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• An active RN license
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community
• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity
• The ability to work flexible hours
