Job summary

City Scape Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking an RN to deliver high-quality clinical care in a skilled nursing setting, helping residents regain and maintain health and independence. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide dignified, personalized care and support daily wellness.

The position reports to the Director of Nursing and requires an active RN license along with prior RN experience in a nursing community. Flexible hours and a passion for senior care are essential.

Work Schedule

Full-Time Day Shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)

PRN Day and Night Shift

Pay Rate: $48.00 - $55.00 / Hour depending on experience

In this vital role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care, support residents in their recovery and daily wellness, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident receives personalized, dignified care. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Job Duties include but not limited to

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants

• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care

• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team

• Records the administration of medication

• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility

• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies

• Performs other duties as directed

REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• An active RN license

• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community

• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity

• The ability to work flexible hours
