Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in the Texas area. You will deliver skilled nursing to children with high acuity in their homes, emphasizing autonomy, continuity of care, and family-centered support.

Qualifications

• Current, active Texas RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Deliver skilled nursing in the child’s home with autonomy and care.
• Coordinate with families to implement care plans and orders.
• Maintain safety and documentation, with clinical support available as needed.
