Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Delano, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse supervisor for weekend coverage. We offer $45-$50/hr with competitive wages and both full-time and part-time opportunities, welcoming multi-state licenses and new graduates to join our family at 729 Browning Rd.

Responsibilities

• Follows charting and incident reporting procedures.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions including nutrition, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other changes.
• Uses the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring in programs.
• Documents and notifies departments of patient room changes, LOA, admissions, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
