Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Danvers seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The nurse will perform assessments, care planning, medication and treatment management, documentation, and coordination with the care team to enhance residents' quality of life with dignity.

This role offers flexible schedules with FT or PT options and a 3-11 shift. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Staff Nurse with assisted living experience.
• Ability to collaborate with care teams and families.
• Demonstrates compassion and dignity in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and participate in care planning.
• Manage medication administration and treatment plans.
• Document nursing services and resident plans of care.
• Support memory care and general assisted living goals.

POSITION SUMMARY:

A Licensed Staff Nurse is one of the main support providers to our residents. The position aids residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) through assessments and care planning, medication and treatment management, implementation, and evaluation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity. The position will enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile all while embracing teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
