Job summary

Charter Senior Living in Annapolis, MD is seeking an LPN to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will perform resident assessments, assist with care planning, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with families, physicians, and caregiving teams.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, has experience in senior living or memory care, and brings compassionate, team-oriented care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong medication management and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.
