Job summary

Northern Pines, part of Eduro Healthcare, is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join the long-term care unit. The role focuses on high-quality resident care, staff support, and upholding Eduro Healthcare values.

Qualifications

• BSN or associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Montana RN license required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse care for residents
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of residents and evaluate changes in condition to ensure appropriate interventions and care planning
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physician and in accordance with facility policies and professional nursing standards
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy (as permitted by state practice), tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, and other complex nursing procedures
• Supervise, delegate, and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel in accordance with state nurse practice acts
• Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated based on resident assessments and interdisciplinary team input
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective resident care
• Accurately complete all required documentation, assessments, and clinical records in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory standards

Education
