We are seeking full-time, part-time, or PRN RN candidates! The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care, nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. We are committed to a Culture of Caring—for residents and staff alike—and aim to be a teaching facility with a passion for education and career growth. Pay: $34-$38/hr, including every other weekend work

Hours:

• AM: every other weekend, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
• PM: 6 days per pay period, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
• PM: 8 or 10 days per pay period, 4-hour shift, 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm
• PRN shifts available

Job Responsibilities:

• Medication administration
• Evaluation of long-term care and rehab residents
• Applying treatments to meet residents' needs
• Observing and documenting residents' conditions
• Providing respectful, patient care regardless of cooperation level
• Following safety guidelines
• Maintaining regular attendance is mandatory

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have an RN license
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Emergency care expertise
• In-depth understanding of health and safety guidelines (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to adhere to them
• BSN or diploma from a recognized nursing program
