RN Cart Nurse

What You'll Do:

As an RN Cart Nurse, you'll be at the heart of resident care-providing skilled nursing services and ensuring each resident receives the attention and support they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitoring residents' conditions and responding to changes
• Completing assessments and documentation
• Coordinating with CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure quality care
• Communicating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supporting admissions, discharges, and care planning

Qualifications:
